PE Outdoor Wall Panel is made from HDPE, natural wood powder and weather-resistant additives through high-temperature mixing, plasticization and extrusion molding. Surface processes such as embossing, brushing, sanding or co-extrusion create natural wood textures while enhancing durability and surface protection. The composite structure provides good moisture resistance, weather resistance, dimensional stability, crack resistance and low-maintenance performance, making it suitable for exterior walls, façades, garden structures, villas, commercial buildings and other outdoor architectural applications.
