What is my SPC floor made of ？
1.UV Coating
The surface is treated with a UV-cured coating process, forming a dense protective layer through multiple coating and curing steps. It improves scratch resistance, stain resistance, color stability, and daily cleaning performance.
2.Wear Layer
A transparent wear-resistant PVC layer is laminated onto the decorative film by hot pressing. This layer determines the abrasion resistance level and helps protect the floor from foot traffic, furniture movement, and daily wear.
3.Decor Film Layer
The decor film layer uses high-definition printing technology to create realistic wood, stone, or concrete textures. It ensures natural visual depth, consistent color control, and stable pattern reproduction in mass production.
4.SPC Core
The SPC rigid core is made from natural stone powder, PVC resin, and stabilizers through high-temperature mixing, extrusion, and calendering. It provides excellent dimensional stability, waterproof performance, impact resistance, and structural strength.
5.IXPE / EVA Underlay
An optional IXPE or EVA underlay is attached to the bottom of the SPC core. It improves walking comfort, reduces noise, and helps compensate for minor subfloor irregularities, making it suitable for apartments, hotels, and office spaces.
6.Click Lock System
The edges are processed with precision profiling equipment to form a click-lock system, such as Unilin click or drop-lock installation. This allows glue-free installation, tight joints, fast assembly, and easier maintenance or replacement.

VALENSA’s new composite material production system is built around stability, decorative performance, and batch-to-batch consistency. The SPC flooring production line adopts precision extrusion, calendaring, lamination, and click-lock profiling processes to ensure excellent dimensional stability, waterproof performance, and wear resistance. WPC wall panels and grille panels are manufactured through co-extrusion, film lamination, heat transfer printing, and surface embossing technologies, combining natural wood-like textures with durability and installation flexibility. For UV boards, flexible stone panels, and carbon crystal panels, VALENSA applies refined substrate treatment, surface coating, texture lamination, and curing processes to achieve diverse decorative finishes and reliable wall application performance. Each production line is supported by strict dimensional inspection, surface defect detection, and batch quality control, ensuring that every shipment meets the requirements of international markets, including ISO, CE, and REACH standards.
