PE Outdoor WPC products is a wood-plastic composite flooring material specially developed for exterior applications. It is mainly manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), natural wood fibers and functional additives through high-temperature mixing, extrusion and surface finishing processes. Combining the natural appearance of wood with the weather resistance of polymer materials, it offers excellent moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, insect resistance, dimensional stability, slip resistance and low-maintenance performance. It is widely used for gardens, patios, balconies, pool surrounds, walkways, commercial landscapes and other outdoor spaces.

Technical Data
PE Outdoor WPC products are manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), natural wood powder, color masterbatch and functional additives, including UV stabilizers, antioxidants and weather-resistant modifiers. During production, the materials are precisely proportioned, intensively mixed and plasticized at high temperatures, allowing the wood fibers to disperse evenly and become fully encapsulated within the polyethylene matrix. The composite material is then continuously extruded through specially designed moulds, followed by cooling, calibration, cutting and surface treatments such as embossing, brushing, sanding or co-extrusion.
By adjusting the mould design, profile thickness and internal structure, the material can be manufactured into outdoor decking, wall cladding, fencing, railing and decorative profiles. The wood-plastic composite structure helps reduce common problems associated with natural timber, including moisture absorption, decay, insect damage, cracking and deformation, while providing good weather resistance, dimensional stability and low-maintenance performance. Grooved textures, embossed wood grains and protective co-extruded layers can also be applied to improve slip resistance, wear resistance, stain resistance and color stability. These products are widely used in gardens, patios, exterior walls, fences, parks, commercial landscapes and waterfront public spaces.
